In today's economy, we have found that the more you know about the company process and services, the more you feel comfortable you are with hiring them to handle the building of your project. Here you will find the main 10 Steps of Outdoor Ingenuities project process and customer care.*
1 - When you call for your FREE estimate, our office will set up an appointment with you.
2 - During the first appointment a brainstorm and a preview of the project design is made.
3 - The final project design is submitted within 2 to 5 business days with a follow-up appointment.
4 - Next you will received our "Welcome Packet" with approximate starting time.
5 - A follow-up is made with actual or confirm start date.
6 - Misdig will come to flag your project area 3 to 7 days before the start date.
7 - Materials will arrive on the start date of your project.
8 - Your project crew will be dedicated from start to finish (projects our subject to delay due to weather conditions).
9 - Then , when the crew arrives the clean up and the foundations of your project will start.
10 - On final project day: pictures will be taken and you will received product/ services discount cards, along with a referral notice.
